How we hire
Application form and assessment
Here you can use a short form to apply for the positions of (photographer/videographer/bike guide).
You will have to asnwer few questions about your skills and the specific requirements.

In short time you will receive a check list with all the important things you need to prepare your first experience on board. .

As soon as we get all the needed documents, we will prepare an offer for your first experience on board.
How we hire
Passport and Seaman´s Book
First of all, please check your passport, it must be valid for at least one year. For some sailing areas and shipping companies you must have a seaman's book ready for your embarkation (this will be requested by us). Please send us a passport photo* of yourself.
Vaccinations
You would also have to submit proof of vaccination for Covid 19, MMR (mumps, measles, rubella) and yellow fever*. Depending on the shipping company, further vaccinations might be required.
Medical certificate of the Seafarer
Every employee who wants to work on a cruise ship must prove that they are fit for sea service. To do this, the Medical Certifcate of the Seafarer should be issued. PLease check the availability of registered Doctors in your Country and book an appointment.
Trainings
Working on a cruise ship requires several training courses. Before your embarkation, you must complete an online Security Awareness Training course. Further training courses are carried out on board or on land organized by us.
How we hire
Get on board
Before your embarkation, we will send you all the relevant info about how to get on board: flight details, contact person and details about ship´s position. We will organize and bear the travel expenses if the ship is not in your home Country.
Off we go
On board you will be welcomed and guided by your team. At the beginning everything is new and a bit overwhelming, but you will get soon used to it and will enjoy living on board.
